Does crypto network actually matter for withdrawal speed? Testing BTC vs ETH

Been playing at a few different places lately and started noticing something - the casino itself might not be the only factor in how fast you get your money. Like I had a 0.08 BTC win on BC.Game last week, submitted the withdrawal and it sat for maybe 20 mins before confirming... but then the actual BTC transfer took another 40 mins on chain. Meanwhile same site, switched to ETH for a smaller 0.3 ETH cashout and the whole thing was done in under 15 mins total.

So now I'm kinda wondering how much of the "fast withdrawal" reputation is the casino being quick vs just the blockchain being quicker that day. Anyone else actually tracked this or is it just luck of the draw with network congestion?

Genuinely curious if people have tested this on Cloudbet or Stake too since those come up a lot when people talk about fast cashouts. Might just start keeping notes on my sessions lol
