fake "support agents" DMing you on Telegram - this is getting out of hand

had to post this because i've seen it happen to two people in my circle now. you post something in a casino's Telegram group - could be a withdrawal question, a complaint, anything - and within minutes you get a DM from someone with a name like "Stake_Support_Official" or "BCGame_Help". looks legit, profile pic and everything. then they ask you to "verify your account" and eventually want your seed phrase or to send a small amount to "confirm your wallet."

it's pure social engineering and it works because people are stressed about their funds and want help fast. none of the real platforms will ever DM you first or ask for seed phrases. ever. the real support is always in-app or via official email.

roobet and BC.Game both had waves of these impersonators recently from what i've seen. if you're not sure what a legit platform looks like from a support standpoint, there's a review here that covers it - bc-game - gives you a baseline.

just ignore any unsolicited DMs and report the account. and if someone's already gotten you - don't send more to "fix" it, that's just the second layer of the same scam.
