which crypto casinos actually don't care if you're on a VPN? (and which ones will get you banned)

so i've been burned twice now by casinos flagging my account for VPN use and it's honestly the most frustrating thing. you deposit, play for a while, then suddenly they want ID verification and your account's locked. both times were on curacao-licensed sites and i'm pretty convinced their compliance teams are way more trigger-happy than people realize.
